Eligibility

IMMIcoverage is exclusively for licensed, active members of a state bar association. By creating an account you confirm that you are a practicing attorney in good standing.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current professional information on your profile.

Coverage arrangements

IMMIcoverage is a connection platform only. We facilitate introductions between attorneys seeking coverage and attorneys offering coverage. We are not a party to any agreement between users, do not employ or supervise any attorney, and make no representations about any user's qualifications or conduct. All coverage arrangements, fee agreements, and service terms are negotiated directly between attorneys entirely at their own risk.

Attorney due diligence

All users are solely responsible for independently verifying the credentials, bar membership, malpractice insurance, and professional standing of any attorney they engage with through this platform. IMMIcoverage does not verify bar numbers, credentials, or insurance.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IMMIcoverage, its owners, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform, your coverage arrangements, or your interactions with other users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMMIcoverage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any coverage arrangement made through it.

Professional responsibility

Each attorney is solely responsible for complying with all applicable rules of professional conduct and bar regulations in connection with any coverage arrangement. IMMIcoverage does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any ethical or disciplinary issues arising from coverage arrangements.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews must reflect genuine coverage experiences. Fraudulent, misleading, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not misrepresent their credentials, harass other users, or use the platform for any purpose other than finding or offering immigration interview coverage.

Termination

IMMIcoverage reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to the platform or its users.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of IMMIcoverage after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
